Trip Itinerary

Leaving the small factory towards the cacao plantation, we will start with a new adventure. At the beginning, we will have an explanation of how cocoa sowing starts from the beginning, the process of grafting, tree development, and harvesting.

We will have a wide explanation about the process of cutting the cocoa fruit in the field at the same time we will admire the beauty of the trees with many fruits that overflow to their roots. The variety of cocoa we have will be explained, which is one of the best on the market. You will be able to admire more than 1000 pipe trees where they are in production and you will be able to observe some animals prowling the trees. We will offer you a taste of the sweet taste of coconut, and before ending the outdoor tour, of course, you could not miss eating a cacada all-natural in the middle of the cacao trees. On the tour, you will also be able to know a great variety of medicinal plants, as well as ornamental plants. You will also be able to witness a variety of animals such as sloths, monkeys, frogs, toucans, and other types of birds. The tour includes a beautiful view of the Chimuría and Santo Domingo rivers that right there at the end of the field a few meters away is the union of the two beautiful rivers and you can enjoy an impressive view.

After this, we will drive 10 minutes to enjoy a typical lunch,

this is an excellent opportunity for observing birds, butterflies, bromeliad, liquids, and become immersed in the splendor of the tropical forest the las activity will be the vet to Finca Verde botanical garden to see a variety of frogs and birds and the high possibility of spotting a sloth on one of our many costa Rican volcanos.
